Hooks, quick links & 'u' bolts - Product Information

Crue hooks, carbine hooks and quick links are commercial hardware items that can be used for any applications.  They can be used to link chain, wire rope and fibre rope in a variety of applications.

Chain and wire rope lanyards terminated with carbine hooks or quick links are used within the transport, agricultural and theatrical sectors.

These items are generally untested and are not normally used for lifting applications.

Our large eye hooks and swivel hooks with safety catches again are suitable for terminating wire rope and chain assemblies.  However these types of hooks are suitable for lifting and pulling applications.  They are marked with a Safe Working Load (SWL) and trace code.  The finish of the hooks are painted red.

CTILS can supply standard leg and extended leg U bolts in a zinc plated finish.  Applications include pipe hangers, tower, mast and aerial fixing.  Sizes can be manufactured to your own design upon request.
